Mill liners and wear parts cast to your drawing
Ball, SAG and AG mill liners plus the full set of liner components — one drawing package, one metallurgy standard, one set of inspection documents.
Three mill types, one manufacturing standard

VTM Liners
Screw, tank and grid liners for vertical stirred mills — tower mills and VTM-type machines — in high-chromium alloy for fine-grinding duty, cast to your drawing.

A reline is stopped by the smallest part you do not have. We cast the whole set to one drawing package so everything arrives together and fits together.
Shell Liners
The largest tonnage in any liner set. Sections profiled to suit charge trajectory; material chosen for the wear mechanism in that chamber.
Head Liners — Feed End
Where the ore lands. Toughness matters more than hardness, which is why these are usually manganese.
Head Liners — Discharge End
Impact and slurry erosion combined. Often the position that limits reline interval.
Grate Plates
Slot size and open area control pulp discharge. Wear widens the slots, so the steel has to hold its shape.
Lifter Bars
The component that decides how the charge moves. Profile is set by your drawing; we cast it accurately so it behaves as intended.
Pulp Lifters
Sliding abrasion at its worst. Frequently replaced before the surrounding shell liners are worn out.
Trunnion Liners
Often overlooked until it fails. Cast to drawing with bore and flange dimensions matched to your trunnion.
Mill Door & Wedges
Door plates, wedge blocks and fasteners cast to match the liner set so assemblies fit first time.
Where our liners are working
Copper & molybdenum
SAG and ball mill liners for high-throughput concentrators, including the large heavy-section pieces.
Gold
Abrasion-focused material selection where ore is hard and silica content is high.
Iron ore
Liners for both grinding circuits and the agglomeration side of the plant.
Cement
Tube mill liners and diaphragm parts cast to your drawing for clinker grinding.
We cast wear parts, not just catalogue items
If a part in your mill wears out, there is a good chance we can cast it — as long as you have a drawing, or a worn part we can measure. Chute liners, hopper liners, crusher wear plates and custom castings are all part of normal production.
