No drawing?
Send photographs of the worn part with key measurements, or ask us how to ship a sample. We can produce a drawing for your approval before casting.

Technical review
An engineer reads your drawing and checks for anything that would cause a problem in casting or machining.
Quotation with lead time
You receive a firm price, Incoterms and a written lead time — including pattern cost if a new pattern is needed.
Your decision
Nothing is charged and no pattern is cut until you confirm the order. Ask questions at this stage — it is cheaper than asking later.
How large an attachment can you receive?
Up to 25 MB per file through the form, and multiple files per enquiry. If a drawing set is larger, send it by file transfer link or email it in parts to [email protected].
Will you sign my NDA before I send drawings?
Yes. Send us your NDA — or ask for ours — and we will return a signed copy before any drawing is exchanged. We do not need to see the drawing to sign.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within 24 hours on working days. If your enquiry needs a technical question answered first, you will still hear from us inside that window with the question rather than silence.
